How to contact support?

BroadwayHD support is handled via submission of a Help Desk ticket and followed up by email. Please click the CONTACT button in the top right corner. Fill out the form and click SUBMIT. You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number for your reference. A support agent will contact you within 24hrs of your ticket submission.
