Can I get a refund?

It is the policy of BroadwayHD that subscription fees and other charges are non-refundable, in whole or in part.  There are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. Following the cancellation of your paid subscription, you will have access to the BroadwayHD service through the end of your then-current billing period.  BroadwayHD reserves any and all rights it may have at law regarding credits, refunds or any sum billed to your payment method as a result of the modification of the BroadwayHD service, Price, Terms of Use, or otherwise.


Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be received within 24 hours of the initial purchase or 30 days of the renewal date.  If you purchased an annual subscription through a special offer, refund requests must be made within 30 days.


Please Note: If you signed up via iTunes, Google Play, Roku or Apple TV, BroadwayHD does not have the ability to refund your money.  Your payment agreement is with that third party directly.
