How do I cancel my BroadwayHD subscription?

Cancelling because of a technical or billing problem? Let our support team help you. Submit a ticket

If you have made up your mind, please follow the steps below. 

  1. Please visit https://my.broadwayhd.com/my-account and sign in to access your profile.
  2. Click on the box labeled Subscription and click change.
  3. Click on UNSUBSCRIBE and confirm your Cancellation.

Please note that canceling your subscription does not provide you with a refund.  You will still have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period. 

Canceling a subscription means that you are canceling your recurring billing and will not be billed for the next viewing period

If you are billed through iTunes, Google Play, AppleTV, or Roku, you must turn off Auto-Renewal directly with them.
