How to cancel a BroadwayHD subscription billed via credit card

  1. Log into your account on the BroadwayHD website
  2. After logging in, hover on your name in the top right corner
  3. Click on the box labeled SUBSCRIPTION

  1.  and click CHANGE

  1. Your current subscription should show along with a Cancel button.  Click CANCEL to turn off the auto-renewal. 
  2. If you do not see a cancel button please contact our customer support team.


Canceling your subscription does not provide you with a refund. You will still have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period.  Canceling a subscription means that you are canceling your recurring billing and will not be billed for the next viewing period.


If you are billed via iTunes, GooglePlay, Apple TV, Roku or Amazon you must turn off Auto-Renewal directly with them.
